New quoting and enrollment system for Group Ancillary
We are excited to announce the new Group Exchange by MWG. This is a new online quoting and enrollment system for group ancillary products.
This powerful system gives agents and brokers access to quotes for Gap, dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite plans.
Some of the current carrier options include Delta Dental, Renaissance Dental, MWG Dental, VSP, Davis Vision, Cigna and others.
Benefits agents can now streamline their quoting and enrollment process. When a group decides to enroll, you can use the same system for online enrollment via census upload or custom online landing pages for plan selection by employees. Once in the system, carriers are updated via EDI feeds for enrollment info. You can even download the group’s info for major medical enrollments and other plans too.
Once enrolled, groups can take advantage of one consolidated billing and access the Group Portal website for any member changes for all products.
